This is a drawing I did in a homemade posterboard sketchbook with a duct tape binding. I sat at this spot, which was within easy walking distance of our apartment, with our dog for a couple of hours. I did a pencil drawing, then colored it in with oil pastels.This was done in 2001, a handful of months after we moved to Vermont from Minnesota.
